1.our products are normal size and color ,please check the size and color well before order.if you receive the products as your order,but you didn't like it or didn't fit well,We are so sorry,we can't do the refunds,but you can send back us within 6 days to replace it,the products should be clean and complete.and you should pay the shipping cost.
2.if you receive the different style as you order .please tell us within 24 hours,and we will do the refunds within 3 days or send the right products again free.
3.if the parcel didn't arrive,after we confirm this from the shipping company,we will do the refunds or send the products again free
4.if you receive broken products,please take the photo of the products and parcel and then email it.we will do the refunds or send the products again free
5.please make sure that someone in the address to receive the parcels.or the parcel will be shipped back.If you need we ship the parcel again,you should pay the shipping cost again,so please note it.thanks
About Shipping
We ship the products all over the world,we will ship the product with 24 hours after receive full payment.and will give the customer Tracking Number In Time.If the products you order is out of stock,we will tell you within 24 hours to replace one,if you won't,we will do the refunds.
In normal,It needs about 5-7 workdays to delivery the parcels.But sometimes because of bad weather or some others reasons,it will delay some days,it is normal.please dont worry!
